About

My name is Amelie and I have been pursuing my doctorate at the Chair of Organizational Behavior at the University of Konstanz since January 2024. My dissertation focuses on new working environments, hybrid work, and organizational change. Methodologically, I work empirically, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and combine these approaches with theoretical research. Previously, I studied political science and public administration at the University of Konstanz and completed my master's degree in management, organization, and culture at the University of St. Gallen, specializing in change management and organizational development. I have gained academic experience abroad in Ireland, France, and Singapore. In addition to my academic work, I bring extensive practical experience from politics, small and medium-sized enterprises, and consulting. I also teach at the University of Konstanz and particularly enjoy providing targeted support to students with their theses—from developing the research question to methodological implementation and technical elaboration.
