Free initial meeting.
Contact us via e-mail/WhatsApp and arrange a free initial consultation within the next 24 hours. In this initial consultation, we will discuss the topic, methodology, status, problem areas, goals and timeline of your thesis in detail. 2.
1-on-1 coaching sessions.
In online coaching sessions (via Zoom), you will receive individual support from experts in your research field who are doing a PhD themselves or have already completed their doctorate. Common points that are discussed in online coaching sessions are finding a topic, the research question and gap, the outline, the research proposal or methodology. Moreover, you will receive detailed feedback on the status of your thesis and can discuss any questions in person.

3.
Precise writting feedback.
In advance of the online meetings, your coach will review your thesis and leave comments in your Word-document. During the coaching process, your entire thesis - from introduction to conclusion - will be reviewed. After integrating the feedback, your coach will do a final review before you submit the thesis. The focus of the writing feedback is on structure, red thread, comprehensibility, coherence, description of the methodological approach, presentation of the results and compliance with academic standards such as citation.

WhatsApp support.
During the coaching process, a WhatsApp group consisting of you, your coach and a Rock your Thesis employee will be set up. On the one hand, you can coordinate all organizational matters here, such as scheduling the online meetings or conducting the writing feedback. On the other hand, you can easily clarify urgent and shorter queries about your thesis - you will receive feedback within 48 hours at the latest.

Individualized action plan.
At the beginning of the coaching process, an individual action plan will be created for you, which includes important milestones, working packages and fixed appointments for the online coaching sessions. A clear structure ensures that you stay on the ball and don't get stressed. If you would prefer to arrange your coaching appointments flexibly, this is possible via the WhatsApp group.

6.
Proofreading.
Additionally, towards the end of the coaching, we provide the option of a proofreading. While the writing feedback focuses on subject-specific, structural and methodological feedback, the proofreading focuses on spelling, grammar, expression, gender, citation and formatting. The proofreading is carried out by linguists and gives your thesis the finishing touch it needs to achieve an excellent grade.
