About
My name is Anna, and I am currently pursuing a doctorate at the Technical University of Munich, where I am researching an integrated online training program designed to reduce procrastination among students by teaching strategies for improving time management and coping with stress. I am also working on the development of an internet-based blended care program for TUM students to promote stress management skills. During my studies, I was able to gain a wide range of practical experience in the healthcare industry through my work at the Klinikum rechts der Isar hospital, in the healthcare communications department at WE Communications, and at the start-up Temedica. Through semesters abroad at Maastricht University and EM Normandie in Paris, as well as various continuing education courses, I am also deepening my knowledge in the field of health—even beyond my studies, in my free time.
