About
Hello, my name is Birgit. During my doctoral studies at the University of Vienna, I focused on the design of interaction processes in coaching, consulting, and therapy. Prior to that, I completed a postgraduate master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a master's degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology. I spent many years in the Department of Knowledge Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and I am currently a lecturer on topics such as Organizational Learning and Sustainable Leadership. I bring practical experience mainly from the HR sector and the startup world, where I was part of the strategy team that built an online platform for consultants and business coaches. In addition to my academic activities, I work as a systemic coach and organizational developer, and I have extensive experience in facilitating processes for individuals and teams. Through my interdisciplinary experience, I can supervise qualitative research across a broad spectrum of topics in the following areas: Cultural and Social Anthropology, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Human Resources, and Organizational Development, as well as interdisciplinary studies in the humanities, social sciences, and economics. As a trained mental coach, I also ensure that the personal aspects of writing a thesis are well addressed!
