About

Hey :) My name is Jonas. I earned my Ph.D. in Information Systems and Human-Computer Interaction at KIT, and my research focused extensively on data storytelling—that is, the question of how to present and communicate complex data in a simple and understandable way. During my time at KIT and in projects with companies like Google and Bosch, I’ve worked with a variety of research methods—ranging from literature reviews, interviews, focus groups, and workshops to experimental designs, quantitative analyses, and machine learning techniques such as clustering and topic modeling. Even after completing my dissertation, I don’t want to lose touch with the academic world, and I look forward to supporting you in the conception, planning, and evaluation of your thesis projects!
