Hello, my name is Katharina and I did my doctorate at the Technical University of Munich. During my doctorate, I researched the influence of artificial intelligence on performance measurement. I currently work at BMW in the Connected Works department. My academic journey of studying has taken me to Berlin, England and France, which has given me the ability to navigate different cultural contexts. In addition to my academic career, I have also gained various experiences in working life, including at the European Union and the Auswertiges Amt in Berlin.
