About
Hey, my name is Nils and I've been doing my doctorate at Frankfurt School since 2021. In my dissertation, I am investigating the influences of employee satisfaction, which employees disclose via social media, and their (financial) implications for companies. During my studies, I was able to gain relevant practical experience in the areas of corporate finance and controlling through my work at Siemens, Bosch and Horváth. In addition to my Master's degree in Business Analytics, I was able to further deepen my statistical methods and programming skills through further data science certificates (Johns Hopkins Data Science Specialization, Udacity Data Science Nanodegree etc.). In addition to my doctorate, I work as a research assistant at the Center for Performance Management & Controlling at Frankfurt School.
