About

I am Sebastian, currently doing my PhD in Business Informatics at the University of Münster. In my dissertation, I am investigating how trust can be managed in the relationship between employees and companies. To this end, I conducted various experiments, literature research and case studies. I would particularly like to emphasize my work in an interdisciplinary project with psychology and my research stays in Brazil at the Instituto Federal Catarinense and the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. I also worked as a consultant for almost three years during my studies. Personally, I am very interested in American football, skiing and outdoor sports in general.
