About
I am Stella, currently pursuing my PhD in Neuropsychology at the University of Konstanz. As part of my doctoral project, I am investigating the influence of oxytocin on heart rate variability synchronization during human-human and human-animal interactions. My responsibilities include independently planning and conducting extensive studies, processing and analyzing collected data, and writing scientific articles. Additionally, I supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s students in their research projects and teach seminars. Beyond my research, I work as an equine therapist at the Therapy Center Hegau, where I assist in equine-assisted therapy sessions and continuously further my training—particularly in the areas of ADHD, autism, and trauma therapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with animals and staying physically active.
