About
I am Sven, pursuing my PhD at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) at the Chair of Human Resource Management, where my dissertation investigates communication and channel use in virtual work environments. Having completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management at KIT, I have built a strong foundation in virtual leadership, organizational governance, and corporate management. I actively bridge theory and practice, having published my research in outlets such as the CESifo Working Paper series.
