About
I am Maximilian and completed my doctoral process at the University of Mannheim in 2023. In my dissertation, I explored the factors influencing the cross-selling performance of sales employees, conducting studies in both sales and procurement. In my work, I combine psychological and business management approaches to build a bridge between disciplines. Alongside my studies, I worked part-time as an IT assistant, which allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in software and hardware. Supervising and delving into theses is for me an opportunity to learn something new and to impart knowledge every time.
